The Last Act of Love

Honoring your pet’s life and your special bond with dignified in-home euthanasia

Welcome to

The Mobile Hospice Vet

Dr. Michelle’s journey as both a veterinarian and pet owner has given her a deep understanding of the challenges of euthanasia. She has faced the painful decision to euthanize her own well loved retired racing greyhound. Even as a vet, she wished for more guidance and reassurance. Since then, her passion has been to support pet owners through this difficult phase, helping them navigate tough choices with compassion and professionalism. Dedicated to end-of-life care, Dr. Michelle has helped hundreds of families say goodbye, and focuses deeply on the details that can help make the grief journey that follows a little more manageable for families. She leaves families with a lasting, beautiful image of their pet – peaceful and treated with the dignity they deserve.

Here for you

Deciding when it’s the right time to consider euthanasia for your pet is one of the most difficult decisions you’ll face as a pet owner. We have resources to help; visit our resource page for guidance. We welcome you to reach out to us. Planning ahead doesn’t mean giving up. It means understanding what matters before urgency takes over.

Making time when it matters most

We can’t turn back time, but through compassionate guidance and care, we’ll ensure your pet’s final moments are filled with love, dignity, and comfort. This includes providing the time and space for you to honor your pet’s life in a way that is meaningful to you.

Every step of our visit is unhurried and tailored to your pet, ensuring that in addition to the inevitable grief, there is also time to find peace, to share a memory, to hold their paw or kiss their soft ears one last time. And when the time is right, to let them go with love.

Making time when it matters most

We’re often asked how we can be there for pet owners on their worst days. The answer is simple: Because we know how it feels. We’re uniquely qualified to alleviate the burdens of pets and their owners. We can ease your pet’s suffering and shoulder the weight of your impossible decision, so you never have to feel alone.

We can provide the gift of one last beautiful moment that brings comfort and reassurance, much like your beloved companion always did.
